Introduction
THS Labs provides sample collection kits (“Kits”) that allow customers to collect biological samples (“Samples”) and submit them to THS Labs or authorised laboratory partners for testing and analysis. By submitting a Sample, you confirm that it was voluntarily collected from the registered individual.
Samples are processed using laboratory methods that generate biological and analytical data (“Sample Data”). This data, together with information provided during registration, may be analysed using THS Labs’ proprietary technology and algorithms to produce personalised test results (“Test Results”).
Test Results may be delivered through the THS Labs website, web applications, mobile platforms, email communications, or other authorised channels. To access services, users must create an account and complete the required questionnaire.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using THS Labs services, websites, testing programs, or Kits (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately. THS Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
2. Additional Agreements
Certain features or services may require separate agreements or informed consent forms. Where conflicts arise, those agreements will take precedence for the relevant service.
3. Updates to Terms
THS Labs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to the THS Labs Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, stored, and protected.
5. Ownership of Content
All materials related to the Service—including content, technology, software, designs, and test results—are the property of THS Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Software Use
Any software or mobile applications provided by THS Labs are licensed for personal use only. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software without written permission.
7. Commercial Use
THS Labs services and Kits are intended for personal use only. Reselling or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Account Registration
Users must create an account and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account.
9. Payment
By purchasing services, you authorize THS Labs to charge your selected payment method. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or account access.
10. Medical Disclaimer
THS Labs services, reports, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
11. Research Participation
THS Labs may use de-identified data for research and development purposes aimed at improving understanding of oral health. Participation in research studies is voluntary. Personally identifiable information will only be used with explicit consent. Participants may be asked to provide additional biological samples or health information. Paying customers may receive reports, while research-only participants may not receive individual results.
12. User Content
Users may submit content such as feedback, messages, or media through the Service. You are responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain harmful material. By submitting content, you grant THS Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute it in connection with operating the Service.
13. Kit Use and Sample Return
Each Kit includes instructions for registration, sample collection, and return shipping. Users must follow these instructions carefully. Samples must be returned within 12 months of purchase, after which Kits may expire and may no longer be processed.
14. Trademarks
All THS Labs trademarks, logos, and brand features remain the property of THS Labs or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
15. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. THS Labs does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided and disclaims liability for reliance on the Service for medical or health decisions.

THS Labs may communicate notices via email, mail, or through the Service platform.
