Do not consume or dispose of the liquid inside the tube, but instead add saliva to it.

International: secure the return label and commercial invoice on the package, then arrange a collection or drop off at the postal depot.
Screw the funnel onto the tube.
Place the funnel under your mouth and spit until the liquid saliva (not foam) reaches the fill line.
Hold the tube and twist to remove the funnel. Discard the funnel after use.
To close the tube, hold it upright and press down whilst twisting the cap until it is tightly secured.
Invert the test tube 10 times.
Place the collection tube back into the safety bag and seal securely.
Place the Safety Bag into the white mailer bag with your ORALIS 1 return form.
